My complaint:
I call Capital one Sunday October 15, 2023 and made a payment of $500 dollars. I was told funds will be clear Monday. When I check there’s nothing clear, I call capital one 18002274825 on Monday I was told funds will be clear today Tuesday October 17, 2023 @ 8 am eastern time check the app around 12 pm nothing is available call capital one again I was told I have to wait for funds to be release cause there’s a whole on the funds for a whole weeks I express I need to pay my bills that’s why I need the funds no one willing to help everyone giving me the run around. This is my complaint please help I can’t wait till October 24, 2023 for the funds to be available.
Suggested solution:
They can resolve this issue by releasing my funds capital one is currently holding so I can pay my bills since they took it out of my account already.
