My complaint:

My Capital One Quicksilver credit card was recently deactivated due to fraudulent activity on my account. My account is currently in a restricted status. I was told that Capital One would take me out of the restricted status, and issue me a new credit card, but they said I have to go through a verification process first, which involved submitting the front and back of my driver’s license, via a link, which I recently submitted three times, on 3 different days, and most recently, today. However, they refuse to issue me a new credit card, because the images of my drivers license aren’t clear enough. Could you please have them accept the images of my drivers license, clear/reverse my restricted status, and have them mail me a new credit card, as I really diligently submitted the requested information, and can’t keep on submitting the same information, over and over again? If you could possibly help me, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

Suggested solution:

Accept the images of my drivers license, clear/reverse my restricted status, and have them mail me a new credit card.

The same exact thing happened to me!! I have sent my information 4 times now and I am done!! I have excellent credit and there are plenty of other banks out there that would love to make money off of me! I have even had to talk to representatives working from home and all you can hear are dogs barking and roosters screaming! So unprofessional.
