My complaint:
On 9072021, I purchased 2 bottles of CBD Gummiers from Lucent Valley (Macombr order 1248746) for buy one and get one free for $54.00, but the company charge my Capital One credit card $119.36, over charge me by $65.00. On 9112021, the Lucent Valley (Tevenal Tevenatesto order 1248745) company created another order of 5 bottle which I did not order. Credit my Capital One credit card for the amount of $199.40. On September 21, 2021, I returned the 5 bottles (USPS tracking 9405511108435922987553). On September 22, 2021, I inform the company about the orders and was told to call my credit card company. Lucent Valley cancel both order 1248746 and 1248745. On 9212022, I call Capital One to make a fraud report and they credited me a total of $264.40. On 10272021, Capital One credit my account again but only for $199.40. I reach out the Capital One because I was concern on why they put the credit back on my account. They told me that I did not follow the return policy of the company. I express to the manager that I did not purchase the 5 bottles and that Lucent Valley created a fraudulent order that I did not authorize, The manager told me because I did business with the company that the order was not fraudulent, and I was not going to be credited the $199.40. The Lucent Valley has their merchandise and I have to pay $199.40 for something I did not order. As a customer of Capital One I reported the fraudulent order that was made on my account. I provided all documentation that was requested of me from Capital One and they are still making me pay for the items that I did not order.
Suggested solution:
I would like for my Capital One credit card ending with 6097 to be credited for the $199.40.
