My complaint:

Capital One has a restriction on my credit card. There was a 200.00 deposit by Fifth Third Bank. Called Capital several times and they don’t understand what is wrong with my account. They want me to arrange a conference call with Fifth Third Bank and myself. The problem is can not get Fifth Bank to even call Capital. This payment is from someone I do not know.

Suggested solution:

Either resolve issue or return 200.00. I would rather have Capital return payment to Fifth Third Bank. Need restriction removed from account.I\'m
