WAS PHONE FOR 1 AND 12 HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD BUT THEY ASK FOR A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE WOULDN’T ACCEPT OUR PHOTO ID WE SPENT SO MUCH TIME WITH TRYING TO JUST GET OUR REWARD POINTS REDEEMED VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION WE HAVE NEVER BEEN HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS BEFORE CAN’T EVEN LOG IN TO ONLINE ACCOUNT WE DIDN’TGET THIS RESOLVED WE ARE SO DISCOURAGED ABOUT THIS WHATS THE POINT OF EARNING POINTS IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET THEM WHATS THE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING YOUR CARD

GIVE US OUR POINTS REWARD WITH RESTAURANT CARDS WITHOUT HAVE TO BE TREATED LIKE WE ARE NOT REPUTALBE PEOPLE
