Capital One complaint: Not being helped by customer service for a flight change at their travel center

My complaint:

Need to change a canceled flight made for last September. Not able to do on-line as they changed systems not available. Try to call and told there are only a very few people that are trained in the old system of sabre. You are place on hold and no body ever picks up. Said to leave your number for a call back and no one ever calls back. I waited one day for 6 hours, the music even stopped as I was on hold for so long, still no one answered.

Suggested solution:

Have some one call me to switch the flights.
