My complaint:
I am kindly asking for you guys to please stop mailing me offers by invitation only and pre-approval letters. I am constantly getting either both of them at the same time or one at the beginning of the week and the other towards the end.
Suggested solution:
Capital one should resolve my complaint by doing what I have asked them to do. Especially since I had applied for their credit card to rebuild credit and was still denied. So therefore, it is a waste of time sending me the two letters I am constantly getting in the mail because you are required to have good to perfect credit so it's only common sense. Not to mention they can't even give me the benefit of the doubt by approving me for either their secured credit card or their other card that required a yearly fee to be paid. I was denied because they want to assume that I have credit cards or loans elsewhere for the reason why I have 52 inquires. Well, if they really looked thoroughly through my credit, they would clearly see that i am a victim or identity theft, online fraud and online terazosin so it's obviously not me nor should it be an automatic denied application.
