Capital One complaint: Billingpmt sent and not credited to our account

My complaint:

My name is Samuel I, Kelly Jr. I recieved a credit card from Capitlone (quicksilver) I paid 300.00 on Capital one credit card from Navy federal account on 2242022. To date, Capital one is stating that they have not recieved the pmt and further, the pmt has not been applied to our Capital one account. I have a trace from Navy Federal Bank which is 051405513408787. Where is the money ? Navy Federal states they released the funds on 02242022 and I believe them because I see it in my account from Navy Federal. Why has Capital one not applied the fuds to our Capital One credit Card?

Suggested solution:

apply the 300.00 dollars to our credit card account and they we will pay off the balance and close the account. Capital One needs to do better with billing and applying credits to credit card accoun1ts.
