My complaint:

my account number ending on last four digits (6494). first of all our personal checking account with WELLS FARGO in Brownsville Texas was hacked approx. 5 monts ago. Bank suggested that we get a new account..which we did..i had been making my Capital one payments every 5th of the month and i really thought that i had made the acct change with you but apparently it never did..payments for the last few months had been going thru..now the payment i did on July the 5..got rejected by the bank and you all adjusted my account to show that the payment had been rejected..your oganization did not bother to nofify me of the incident until jjust now (july 31) almost a whole month later. so i called your office and talked to (sherrie_) supposely one of your account managers..well she was extremely rude and did not want to work with me..as i requested that due to the fact that i feel that was a problem that should have been nofitified to me ASAP..and it did not., you all went to extend of charging me 40,00 of late fees. i was asking her to please waive this amt and she told me no but no way….please take a look at my account and you will see that i have never faield in making my monthly [payment..as martter of fact i wall pay you more than what the payment should be for. i have been a customer of you all for many years.

i have already taken care of changing my new bank acct with one of your clerks..this should not ever happen again..so i now therefore request from you your help in removing the late fee that appears in my account of $ 4000 dllas. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ATTENTION. SAM MARTINEZ LAST FOUR OF MY SOC. 2322.
