My complaint:
Capital One is the absolute worst. Stay away. I was working with them 1. because they lost the check from US bank to pay off my balance transfer, so the woman was going to pay off that 5,980 while they investigated the lost check. 2. Instead of subtracting the 5,980, she added it to my balance, so now I owe 12,000 something!!!!! I am waiting for them to resolve the case, but have not heard any updates. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Suggested solution:
1. They need to remove the extra 5,980 from my account and 2. then they need to subtract 5,980 from my account because US bank already sent a check for that amount. I want to close my account and I will never be using them again.
