My complaint:
I have repeatedly, REPETEDLY! requested that you, Capitol One, stop sending me your ‘Preapproved Credit Card’ offers, via Mail via email. I have, on occasion replied, out of curiosity, only to be told that I do not in-fact, qualify due to my lack of recent credit history, Which is alright, because I wasn’t truly interested any way. Mainly, I’m thoroughly tired of my Mail Box and my In Box, being clogged up with your Junk Mail and your Spam.

How to resolve this? STOP SENDING YOUR CRAPPY, JUNK MAILEMAIL!!!
