My complaint:
A debit card transaction was declined two times. I have called and spoken to a half dozen incompetents at Capital One. I have $20K in my checking account and have been trying to charge some Walgreens Pharmacy prescription charges of $30.41, all of which have been declined.
HOW DOES A PERSON NAVAGATE THIS WALL OF INCOMPETENCE?
Suggested solution:
Authorize payment to Walgreens and replace the incompetent customer support representatives with people that can 1) SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, and 2) know something about US banking.
Capital One should really be reprimanded and fined for its customer support failures.
