My complaint:
I did not receive a statement for April 2022 or return envelope. I had to send my payment in a regular envelope with a money order of two hundred dollars and a chase bank check for eight hundred and twenty dollars. this was sent in the mail on April 18th, my money order for two hundred dollars was only posted while the cashiers check was in the same envelope, so the question is who was handling the opening of the payment I sent? Was this stolen which is quite possible?
If so those responsible should be prosecuted to the fullest. I have made several complaints in this matter plus having a investigation from Capital one. I have basically received unacceptable excuses concerning this matter. It is certain that capital one should review their business policies when it comes to handling of payments and mailing in payments. No matter how many checks or money orders that are used to make a payment they should all be accounted for regardless, also mailing of payments should be mailed on the first of the month ensuring no late payments. I in having my card never had a problem of this sort or any late payments. Again this is bad business.
Suggested solution:
To be discussed with upper management to change business policies, Credit me for lost payment.
