My complaint:
About a month ago in May i deposited $2,000 in 100’s dollar bills the machine return my deposit but $200 dollars were missing. I complaint to the manager and he took all my information, a week later they sent me a letter telling me there was no error. Today Friday June 11 i deposited $300 and the machine posted only $240. This problem is always the same ATM machine.
Suggested solution:
Return my money, the people that puts the money in the ATM machine knows when there is extra money.
