My complaint:
Went to purchase a television from BestBuy have money in account and capital one would not let the sale go threw, I called bank they said didn’t understand why it happened blame it on BestBuy But then asked me to send them my ID been with bank over 25 years never ask this before, and after 8 times if send them ID they would say try again ,never had this problem before capital one has become scary to bank with
Suggested solution:
Let me purchase thing's with money I have in the bank, this is scary what has happened to capital one, closing their branches, want let you use your money you have deposited with them
