My complaint:
I went to the bank at 1:30 pm 622021 and found the bank closed with a sign referring everyone to the drive-up. Each drive-up station was five or six cars stacked up. Unacceptable! Why is the bank closed during regular banking hours?
Suggested solution:
At a minimum, provide a reasonexcuse for the bank being closed.
