Capital One complaint: Lost 60000 points because I charged $95 fee on credit card It did not count

My complaint:

$95 fee to have card did not count toward the $3000 I needed to spend
I called in to Capitalone for extension the Rep granted me extension

Suggested solution:

Give me my 60000 points instead of trying to screw me out of my Bonus
