My complaint:
capital one issues credit card, had to go through hoops to verify that it was me and then given the green light to use credit card which i did one hour later to buy a phone. thinking everything was good no!!!!! i took off work so that this phone can be delivered the next day not knowing the next day capital one declined purchase. causing hic ups with the nerve of sending me a text asking if i made purchase with my saying yes on the email with capital one still declining purchase. my complaint why have me go through such rigorists antics just to toy with me. i had to purchase phone with my other credit card. capital one you were wrong the chances of using this card again is a snow ball chance in Hell
Suggested solution:
when you put your customer through your hellish antics and you give the green light then HONOR WHAT YOU SAY!!!
