My complaint:
I got 3 s from credit Karma stating Capital One did a hard credit inquiry! I hate Capital One and sued them and won in court closing all my accounts with them for this same issue of data breach now it shows a hard inquiry on all 3 credit bureaus lowering my credit score actors the board! I never applied for any credit with capital one I have at least 3 credit cards and I don’t want anymore fix this issue or we will be right back in court again!
Suggested solution:
Rectify the problem or get sued again!
