My complaint:
I made a payment and even had a credit and manager Kenya (the manager for credit cards) id JEJ476 was rude and unprofessional. Stated they were not able to check my payment when another manager did happily the prior week. She did not listen and continued to talk over me. When asked to speak to her supervisor she stated she was the highest level.
Suggested solution:
Do there jobs with out attitude! Very simple!
