My complaint:

Capital One WalMart card. On the Capital One website, it shows my last payment was processedmade on March 22.. AND my bank also shows it as clearedpaid on the same date. The Cap1 website shows my balance as a credit of -$8.36. My card limit is $200. So I should have $208.36 available to use. Yet my card was declined for a purchase of under $100. So I called Cap1. After being on hold for way too many minutes… they came back with the excuse thst they have 5 business days to updaterelease my available credit. Why? They have never done this before. As soon a a payment was made, the available balance was updated instantly. What is going on now that has changed?

Suggested solution:

1. Get customer reps that speak English as a first language and actually LISTEN to the customers problem.
2. Explain WHY this policyprocess has changed.
