My complaint:
I mailed two loan consolidated checks to Capital One to pay the balance off on both accounts. The mailing address was the same for both chards. I noticed on my account that one payment was posted on April 30, 2022 and the other another there was no payment posted. I called on May 3, 2002 to see why and was told they probably threw the other other check in the trash. I asked who throws a $1000.00 check in to trash. When you call Capital One they verify all you information before giving you any information regarding your account. So why would no one email or call me regarding the 2nd check? I asked to speak w a supervisor and spoke with Kenneth IDXVN164.
Suggested solution:
I would like my check to be found and processed to my credit card account with no interest charged.
