My complaint:
The boots I ordered would not fit around my ankle. They were returned via tracking post arriving back on 31st July 2023. I still have receipt. Despite emailing them on more than one occasion I am yet to receive my refund. I am more than disappointed and will not order online again.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me the cost of the boots which were just under $50.
