My complaint:
I was told that I had 2 accounts? How can that be possible
They went back to my original account 2 days ago and asked for I’d. Which I sent next day they said they could not read it. So I have sent it again in fact 3 times now. My account is on hold and nobody ever responds to my e.msils
Last night I called customer service and they said it could take 72 hrs.How ridiculous. Bet your bottom dollar I will get another message tomorrow saying they need something else. I have been a member of galabuzz for over 30 years. I am lost what to do next or maybe just forget it.
