My complaint:
Deposited loads of times lucky if win any bouns games if you do won’t win more than £2 I have screen videos the game play slows down so you don’t win, or jumps get error codes or logged in and out I play other casinos and same games not a bit like buzz bingos other sites I use the slots go at the pace they should and do win proper money not like 50pences I have never had a win proper it’s not about sore looser if I loose anywhere else doesn’t bother me as I know games are fare, but not buzz bingo the reviews are all the same buzz bingo needs looking into if they spin right and don’t go slow or just jump here’s my proof of two games going slow logging me out error codes it’s not my phone either delete cookies etc and it’s new phone I’ve got screen video but it won’t let me put it on
Suggested solution:
Full refund of all deposits when you see videos of games not just once every game I play on, are fixed my videos prove this if they don't want to give all my deposits back I am going to watch dog, etc gambling commissionare with my proof and Manchester evening news as my friend works there and will be more than happy with my story when you pay for something you expect it to be what your paying for not ripping people off fixing games
