My complaint:
been banned fron my local buzz bingo in possilpark for nont providing my bank statements for online buzz bingo witch i think is a disgrace as its a personal document and if i didnt play online would i have been banned from my local club i dont think so as would use ask club players to show bank statements to play in club i will be contacting the gaming commission and the ombudsman as i have been totally embarrased in front of regulars who ive known for 25yrs ive been a member of gala then transition to buzz for 30 yrs ive spent thousands in your club and i get treated like a piece of dirt i think its a disgrace use can treat the loyalty of a long standing customer
Suggested solution:
uplift your ban online and in club and exspect a full apology for the way i have been treated
