My complaint:

I needed to contact my mother at work I have health problems and was waiting on ambulance to rush me to Southampton hospital I tried ringing buzz bingo the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing and ringing until it beeped to say hang up for nearly ten minutes I was doing this and no answer but finally at some point the phone got answered the woman was abrupt and rude by this time I was irate for the fact phone not answered and now I was given attitude I explained that I wasn’t happy and that this was an emergency I was trying to get hold of my mother Larna Laurie and that I should have not had to wait ringing and ringing and ringing and not getting through knowing that I have got health problems and I am at moment waiting for an ambulance to take me to Southampton hospital and that my mum needs to be notified so that she can start on her way up to the hospital with my sister Leanne and that it’s disgusting I couldn’t get through and all she kept on saying was but we have a queue out the door and there’s only me and somebody else on the phone’s we can’t do anything else but that I mean what else can I do and I said not good enough and I’ve tried over 10 minutes to get through my mum could have been up the halfway upto the hospital by now but instead I have only just got through and now I’m speaking to you she explained her name was Deann and well I just said I would like the message passed on as soon as possible and all she kept on saying was I will try and get the message to her but that is all I can do I will try but I can’t guarantee it and I said no not good enough you will get the message to her this is an emergency well at some point my mum did get some message but it was passed on to her not from the woman I spoke too but some lad and it was totally different to what I had safe nothing was right and DeAnn was saying I shouted and had a big go at her well put it this way when I got told this I wanted to go mad my message had not been passed on a message had and it was all wrong and if anyone had an attitude or anger it was Deann I am disgusted how it’s all been portrayed and all changed and she has took everything out of context and now she a victim seriously .

Suggested solution:

Speak to DeAnn she needs to be demoted as a manager she does not know customer service or how to deal with customers and staff she can't deal with the stress her attitude needs to change before she gets to be a manager she needs to learn to listen and know what's happening around her by paying attention which she clearly hasn't and apologise to my mum personally Infront of other management so I know it's done for exaggerating how I spoke to her also that she had not listened and got the message wrong and the time it took for the phone to be answered and something needs to definitely be done bout the time it took for the phone's to be answered it needs dealing with .
