My complaint:

I am absolutely fuming as I won £30 on buzz bingo at the end of March. Now it’s the 29th of April and I have not received it. They are chucking me backwards and forward told me to contact my bank with a ARN number. They told me they can not chase ARN numbers. Emailed buzz bingo again. They came back with contact visa which I did. They can’t deal with ARN number. Went back to buzz bingo. They asked me to send bank statements. Which I did. They are saying I ain’t sent bank statements from the first which I did do. It just seems they don’t want to give me my money that I won fair and square and I am pissed off now.
