Hi so on the 6th of may I got told on buzz chat that I had won 2,500 and congratulated that the winnings would be in my account later on that day to then be told her collegue miss informed her that I actually didnt win
Suggested solution:
So I have complained a worker called steph called and said the collegues got muddled up I wouldnt be getting anything 0 and basically dismissed this
They should compensate good will
