My complaint:
Dear sir or madam.
I would like to complaint about one of your assistant managers in your poole branch.
She is going to lose all your regulars customers.
She is not friendly and she only like to work on voucher days.
Could you please have a look of people we she as a dismiss for no reason.
Suggested solution:
Please could you move her to a different branch.
