My complaint:
I had booked British airways flight ref VDVOQP from Toronto to London on 6th Sept with a scheduled return flight for the 28th Sept.
Unfortunately the return flight had to be cancelled due to being tested positive for covid. I re scheduled My flight but had to reduce my premium economy down to economy .
This also had to be rescheduled due to covid timing issues.
The final time that I booked this was for again BA099 I was informed that I had to pay an additional $1799 over and above my prior booking.
Also My $100 seat booking for the return flight was not honoured.
I find that this pricing policy is grossly unfair.
To that extend I feel that BA will do nothing about this complaint
In future travel I will not be using British airways ever again
