My complaint:
BA cancelled my flight on 21 September to Majorca.
I have phoned every day since then on their customer support number only to be cut off after listening to their standard response.
I also emailed them on 13 October and have not received a response.
My flight is on 18 November and I need BA to explain my options.
I know that they have a flight with seats to
Majorca on that date the only difference is a stopover in Madrid and am wondering why they have not booked us on this flight.
I need BA to contact me to resolve this issue.
Suggested solution:
Book me on their existing fight to Majorca on 18 November.
