My complaint:
Booking Ref. 3XRWPT. When I got off your flight BA-143 from London, at 2:00 AM, July 10, I was not taken by your porter to immigration to have my 5-year evisa stamped into my passport. Instead, I was taken to a waiting area for two hours. Finally I insisted and they took me to the Air India desk. My flight aboard AI-459 did not board until 6:00 AM, July 11. During all that time I was never taken to Indian immigration to get my passport stamped with my evisa.
Suggested solution:
Please tell me what to do to get my passport stamped with my 5-year evisa. I can fly to Chennnai or Mumbai to get it resolved if necessary.
