British Airways complaint: Total Lack of Accurate Information

My complaint:

BA293 from LHR to IAD on 22 Jun 2022 was diverted to Boston. The Aeroplane failed to get out of Boston that night. There was no information as to why the aeroplane was stuck in Boston despite other carriers managing to make the trip. The word was that the flight was expected later that evening. It never made it out and was finally suspended. No word was provided as to when the flight was resumed. I finally heard from my family member who was on the flight that he would be spending the night in the airport, but the flight would leave Logan at 5:25 pm on 23 Jun 22. It is now 8:00 pm on 23 Jun 22 adn we have no word on the flight.

Suggested solution:

There needs to be accurate information provided to concerned travellers and greeters as to the issues and status of the flight. Those stranded need better compensation.
