I have been calling 0844 4930797 due to my holidays constantly changing to dubai regarding the travel restrictions.
I am absolutely horrified to see my phone bill with EE coming out as expensive for waiting to get through to yourselves for so many minutes. My bill on EE this month is 31.88 for waiting to get through to yourselves
my complaint is that when you dial this number there is no message to say this call will be premium rate call !!!
I have rang yourselves 5 times over the last few months with covid issues and having to cancel my booking with your selves and re book.
Who is regulating this number !! its totally un acceptable this that i should have to endure phone bills like this as this is not my fault.
If this is not resolved i will be taking this further to Ofcom as this is in breach of many things and failing to assist your customers is an absolute disgrace. Who has rolled this stupid idea out at British Airways ?? The mind boggles These calls have equated to over £80.00 on my phone bills last 3 months and this is not my fault.
