My complaint:

The total waste of time and energy.Trying to retrieve a lost bag.From BRitish Airways,the saying (the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing) Is totally inadequate.RN LHRBA76514,lost at Heathrow terminal 5.27052022.From pillar to post,BAs different departments have lost,misplaced and acted, not in a way i would expect of a major airline.Heathrow police were informed,and according to there cctv.The bag was never on carousel.It was watched fron 5.57 pm to 7.20 pm.

Suggested solution:

PLease either find my bag.Or send me proof that it indeed cannot be found!!! So i can move on and claim on my insurance.As you have already told me its not your responsability.Asyou say it was on carousel.
