My complaint:
I was scheduled to travel on British Airways from BWI to ABV today 13th November. Reference is NZDHBD
British Airways booked me on an American Airlines flight from BWI to JFK that got delayed and it resulted in me missing the connecting flight to London.
The airline officials refused to provide me with any accommodation or feeding and left me alone in JFK.
I had to pay for two nights accommodation and feed myself in New York. I have reached out to British Airways numerous times and they have not been helpful
Suggested solution:
I expect British Airways to refund my expenses.
