My complaint:

I have been informed by BA that I must contact them by phone to use my BA evoucher which had been sent to me during the covid pandemic when my flights were cancelled by BA.

I am trying to book an American Airlines flight(an affiliate of BA), but cannot. BA continues to reply to my emails telling me I must call BA to do so. I have been calling 800-247-9297 and continually receive an automated message that they are busy and call back. Then they hang up on me.

It has become obvious that BA sent out these evouchers but will not let me use them. American Airlines has several flights I can book, but because the evoucher is from BA I am told by AA that I must contact BA.
Is there anyone that can help?
