My complaint:
i flew from Glasgow BUISNESS CLASS on 6th July to London Heathrow flight no BA 1494 15,20. the steward came around offering drinks i told him to give me a small bottle of champagne but not to open it. When i go off the plane i took it in my bag and as i was exiting the plane he said in a very unpleasant way i saw you put it in your bag .The passenger behind me commented that he was completely out of place. what did the steward mean by that? should i have given it back to him. I was very upset by his manner plus i had a visible dissabled badge on. I would like an appology from BA and that they should teach their staff to be more polite.
