My complaint:
My flight from Rome left an hour late and we missed our connecting flight in London Healthrow. Proceeded to stand in line over 4 hours. By the time we got to speak to an agent they were out of vouchers for hotels and food. They gave me a packet on guidelines to be reimbursed. I followed them closely for the 3 of us. I had also paid an additional charge to BA for assigning my seats because we were traveling with a child in which I was never reimbursed for either. I filed a claim on June 22 2022 with a claim number of 23302686 flight was on June 19 on BA0197. 435EJV was my reservation number. I have never heard back or reimbursed. I have tried talking to someone on the phone and I have filed a complaint twice on their website. They owe me back 450 dollars. I have had it with their customer service with is 0.
Suggested solution:
They need to reimburse me for our expenses! Don't just treat your customers by just ignoring them. I am not going away.
