My complaint:
hello i have been trying for weeks tospeak to your team re changing my password so i can acces my avios account i would like to spend some on a weekend away but your site is awful i know all the large companys state its due to covid but by now surely you should have new systems in place it is so frustrating for a member of the public not being able to speak toyour custamer relations i hope you can help as i have phoned about 24 times now
