My complaint:
I visited store number 244 on today 83022 made my order at 8:23 pm. I waited till I inquired about the order. I rec’d my order at 8:54 pm. When I got home, I checked the order. The Summer Combo had everything on it including the product I asked them not to include on the burger! I stay twenty minutes away, so just gave burger to my dog.
Apparently through their socializing, they over looked my order.
The store was dirty with food on floor as you enter.
Suggested solution:
Clean up the place. Customers were informing the employees the soda machine needed ice.
