My complaint:
Was at the braums in McAlester got there around 11-11:30am and went up to the counter to order my food. There was a older man with long hair in a ponytail taking orders at the register. When I approached the register he proceeded to say Yea what do you want which is rude in itself. Then when I asked a question about the number 3 meal he told me can’t you read what it says on the menu.. All the while huffy and puffing. Another gentleman that works there walked up asking if anyone needed anything brought up to the front. The man that was supposed to be taking my order proceeded to turn around and start talking crazy to the guy cussing at him telling him he was going to whoop his ass and they could take it outside. The other guy just stood there and didn’t say a word as the man taking orders grabbed his hat and threw it in the floor the whole time cussing and yelling. Now let’s remember I’m standing at the counter with a 5 year old and a 8 year old. When I had to tell them to cover their ears. I asked what his name was after he stormed out the door and his name is Verlon. I refuse to return to the restaurant as long as he is employed there and I will be making a public post about this on Facebook and your guys page. Please take care of this problem. He also wasn’t wearing gloves wiping his nose and the corners of his mouth the whole while he was trying to take my order. This is disgusting and nasty.He has no respect for customers or coworkers and he definitely does not need to be working there period.
Suggested solution:
Fire him. Remove him from that store he is bad for business period and definitely shouldn't be dealing with the public.
