My complaint:
We had a large family go in to get ice cream the waiting time was to long. When it was our turned we had order multiple sunday one of them did not have a scoop of ice cream it was the size like for a little kid, I got charged for the full size of Sunday. Some of my other family members did not get anything because they employee was so slow and he did not even do it right. So we left.
Suggested solution:
Talke to the employees to move faster and get the orders correctly. To get some kind of credit.
