My complaint:
We went through drive thru.about 530 pm and bought 2 chicken strip dinners,the fries were cold ,the gravy was not even half full and no spoons for the pudding.the fries were like they were not cooked very long. I go to Braums quite a bit, but seems like the service is not what it used to be. Sometimes you buy a single dip Sundae and you get not even a full dip of Icecream, the next time you get a full dip. If they keep this up I will go to Dairy Queen just down the road , and also if there is a line at the drive thru ,by the time you get to the window to pickup your orders the Icecream is already melted. I don’t mean to complain, but I spend a lot of money at this location.
