My complaint:
Nobody answers the phone!!! Every time I use my boots card tolf to ring these numbers to sort out the problem.
Suggested solution:
Contact me and tell me why there is a problem !!!
Boots complaint: Waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone regarding the problems with my boots card. Eventually hung up.
