My complaint:

My father is being treated for cancer and is unable to go to town to get prescriptions so he uses the home delivery of medication but EVERY TIME he sends the prescription in he is told it will be delivered next day but it NEVER is and when he tries to phone they don’t answer the phone it either rings constantly or it says there on a call and we have contacted the helpline but it makes no difference

Suggested solution:

Do there job.
Answer the phone
If you say we will deliver tomorrow then do it
