My complaint:

I sent my pcr day 2 test on 7 jan and have recieved nothing,
I have contacted them on e mail and they say its the wrong no,
I have sent every no as i took photos of them which i have on my phone so i am sure they are correct,
The sent me a ref no 56427837 but now say sorry we cannot help on line please ring on complaints no which i have tried many times but the say they are too busy,

Suggested solution:

first I want my money back £59.99
Secondly an apology
