My complaint:
I was charged 70.88 my plan is 35$ paid 35.44 service disconnected was told the issue would be resolved was refunded 35.44 and told the billing department will fix the issue with my bill got a 10$ credit still saying I owe 60.88 this is so ridiculous after 5days of not having service unable to switch companies because of the sim card and paying more money so it’s like u have no choice right now but to wait for them to fix the issue this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company don’t understand why they can’t just remove 35.44 from my account the mistake they made why do I have to suffer from something they caused have been told everyday they’re working on it while I’ve been without service for 5days
