My complaint:

On May 22nd,2023 I paid 44$ to get my phone service and data to start back working the same day my data stopped working. On May 27th I was charged twice the first one 60$ and the second charge 44$. I contacted BoostMobile Customer Service and they nevered was willing to help give me the refund that same day. Instead they told me to contact my bank.I talked with one of the agents on phone and the lady first said she would refund it but then she stated I had already used 1.3 gb but I was charged twice on my account that wasn’t due. And my data still not working properly. The lady stated I only have 10gb but I have 100gb not 10gb. She keep saying I used it up but it is not true. They even tried to force me to pay more money to change my phonebill plan. I told them no. When I chatted with an agent before he was able to refund me the money. So I didn’t understand why now they can’t. I just want my money back.

Suggested solution:

When they give me my money back that was not due I will be greatly satisfied!
